Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shipment is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any Canada Post location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
